UnitBook is Docscope AI’s housing-tools brand. Its first app, UnitInspect, is available on the App Store for iPhone. Built for British Columbia landlords and property managers, it connects room-by-room inspections, earlier records, AI-assisted observations and reviewed reports in one workflow.
The industry task
At a change of tenancy, a condition note needs its room, photo and earlier record. UnitInspect keeps that context together from the walkthrough to the report.
Designed around British Columbia
Inspection coverage follows the information and areas in BC’s RTB-27, adapted to the rooms and items in each rental. UnitInspect uses its own report format and is independent of the Residential Tenancy Branch.
AI with a clear role
AI helps organize the evidence and draft observations. The inspector checks the photos and decides what enters the report; the app does not decide liability or deposit deductions.
